Apex Fintech Solutions Belfast is seeking an Operations Specialist - Tax to join the Silver Tax and Wealth Management Team in our Belfast office. The role focuses on accurate cost basis processing and tax reporting for investment accounts, with a hybrid work arrangement.

You will analyze processing results, resolve reconciliation breaks and exceptions, and contribute to improvements in software usability. A strong analytical mindset and communication skills are essential, plus relevant tax and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (or equivalent practical experience) required.
• 3+ years of prior work experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with US tax reporting /1042s advantageous.
• Experience with SQL and/or advanced Excel skills advantageous.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently (certifications will be required within job role).
• Obtain a passing score on the SIE® Exam within your first 90 days and FINRA Series 99 within the year.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are looking for an Operations Specialist - Tax, to join us in our Belfast Office as part of the Apex Silver Tax and Wealth Management Team.

Silver Management is a leading provider of business and technology solutions for the investment services industry.

Duties/Responsibilitie s
