Job description

Methods is looking for an interim Operations Specialist (Custody/TA services) for one of our clients, specialised in asset management.

Location:

hybrid 2 days onsite in central London

Duration:

5.5 months

Main Responsibilities:

1. Analyse the impact of the merger on account setup at Custody and Transfer Agent level.
2. Prepare an action plan to re-paper relevant documents (e.g., tax documentation, account opening forms).
3. Execute the plan to complete documentation updates by the end of 2025.

Experience:

• Experience with market and tax documentation is essential.
• Experience with counterparties in outsourced operational services, especially Custody and Transfer Agent services.
• Significant experience working with Outsourced Service Providers in Asset Management.
• Product experience is a plus.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Understanding of Operations within Asset Management, specifically TA and Custodial Services.
• Proficiency with standard IT tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills at all levels.
• Project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
