Job Description:

Methods is looking for an interim consultant for one of our clients, specialised in asset management.

Location: Hybrid, 2 days onsite in central London.

Duration: 5.5 months.

Main responsibilities:

• Analyze the impact of the merger on the setup of our accounts at Custody and Transfer Agent level.
• Prepare an action plan based on the analysis to update relevant documents (e.g., tax documentation, account opening forms).
• Execute the plan to complete the updates by the end of 2025.

Experience:

• Experience with market documentation and tax documentation is essential.
• Experience with counterparties in outsourced operational services, especially Custody and Transfer Agent services.
• Significant experience working with Outsourced Service Providers in Asset Management.
• Product experience is beneficial.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Good understanding of Operations within Asset Management, specifically TA and Custodial Services.
• Proficiency with standard IT tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels.
• Project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
