Job Description:

Methods is looking for an interim consultant for one of our clients, specialised in asset management

Location: hybrid 2days/w onsite in central London

Duration: 5.5 months

The main responsibilities of the consultant will be:

  • To analyse the impact of the merger on the set up of our accounts at Custody and Transfer Agent level
  • Prepare an action plan based on the outcome of the analysis to repaper the relevant documents (eg tax documentation, account opening form, )
  • Execute the plan in order to have the required documentation fully repapered by end of 2025

Experience:

  • Experience with market documentation and tax documentation is essential
  • Experience with counterparties in an outsourced operational services model, and in particular Custody and Transfer Agent services.
  • Significant experience in dealing with Outsourced Service Providers in the Asset Management environment.
  • Product experience is beneficial.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • A good understanding of varied areas within Operations of an Asset Management Company, (specifically TA services and Custodial Services).
  • Ability to use standard IT tools.
  • Ability to collaborate/communicate at all levels.
  • Project Management and ability to meet deadlines and prioritize
