Job summary

A leading company in the CCTV industry is seeking a skilled administrator to manage stock control and support sales operations. The role demands excellent communication and experience in logistics, along with proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools. Candidates should be able to work under tight deadlines and have a strong background in administration. This position also requires traveling to the Netherlands for bi-annual stock takes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administration, preferably in CCTV.
  • Ability to communicate clearly verbally and electronically.
  • Intermediate & advanced Microsoft Office skills required.

  • Handle customs queries and maintain commodity codes.
  • Execute reports on stock issues and liaise with the warehouse.

Job description

  • To support the sales team by managing the total stock at the warehouse and maintain a good flow of inbound/outbound deliveries.
  • To operate the month end by liaising with the warehouse and sales support team to reach the sales target. Managing rework process to ensure to ship out on time and to declare inbounds with correct HS code.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide a high level of electronic e-mail support in relation to all client administration
  • Manage all stock management (discrepancies inbound, etc…)
  • Handle bi-annual stock take (June, Dec)-Travel to the Netherlands required
  • Manage rework process for sales & domestic orders for rework and invoices
  • Effectively handle all customs queries for all inbound deliveries
  • Create/send ASN to the WH
  • Oversee all inbound deliveries into/out of the warehouse
  • Handle all duty postings for all inbound deliveries
  • Maintain all commodity codes and material master for all products on our SAP system
  • Report daily on inbound stock from HQ, back orders and any stock issues
  • Effectively manage the LE (Logistics Execution) and MM (Material Management) modules on SAP and ERP systems
  • Effective liaison with warehouse regarding delivery schedule / priority shipments/ Stock control
  • Accurate and timely reporting on all despatching anomalies, working in conjunction with the warehouse team
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with key contacts (internal and external)
  • Plan and manage workloads adhering to all company SLA’s
  • Daily filing / general office housekeeping
  • To display an alignment with company values including passion, integrity, honesty and respect
  • Request and maintain any system changes and updates needed by HQ

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience within administration function, preferably within the CCTV industry
  • Ability to communicate on all levels in a clear and concise manner both verbally and electronically
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines and schedules
  • A-Level standard education or equivalent
  • Intermediate & Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
