Key Responsibilities:
- Management of operational buckets, clearing all to ready to start
- Work with engineers and clients to resolve access issues
- Entering sickness and holiday tiles onto the planning board
- Consistent frontline customer contact via telephone and email
- Where necessary supports clients by answering inquiries and ensuring clients are kept up to date on progress
- Maintain the office in a manner that is presentable to customers and clients
Required Skills:
- Build good relationships with all teams within the organisation
- Recommend improvements to working practices
- Able to prioritise multiple and varied challenging situations
- Able to work to deadlines and multitask
- Willingness to help; assist other team members as required
