Job summary

Pertemps Leeds is seeking an Operations Scheduler to coordinate production schedules and oversee stock control in a full-time onsite role. You will liaise with manufacturing, warehouse and operations teams to maintain an efficient flow and meet customer demand.

The role requires experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain environments, with strong organisational and numerical skills and solid IT proficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience in production planning, scheduling, operations or supply chain environments.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
  • Experience with stock management processes.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
  • Happy to work onsite.

Responsibilities

  • Production planning and scheduling across manufacturing operations
  • Managing inventory levels and coordinating material orders
  • Maintaining rolling production schedules
  • Monitoring stock levels and completing cycle counts
  • Processing customer orders and supporting delivery schedules
  • Liaising with suppliers and resolving invoice queries
  • Providing production reporting and operational data
  • Working closely with warehouse and production teams to meet customer demand
  • Coordinating communication between key internal departments

Operations Scheduler Up to £32k DOE+ Benefits Full Time - Onsite

Are you a highly organised planner with experience in production, scheduling, stock control, or operations? Do you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where no two days are the same?

The Opportunity

As Operations Scheduler, you'll be at the heart of the operation, coordinating production schedules, managing inventory requirements, liaising with suppliers, and working closely with manufacturing, warehouse and operational teams to maintain an efficient production flow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production planning and scheduling across manufacturing operations
  • Managing inventory levels and coordinating material orders
