Job summary

Owen Daniels is seeking a hands-on Head of Operations to lead a growing manufacturing operation. This senior leadership role combines strategic oversight with practical, day-to-day leadership to shape how the business operates and delivers results.

You will drive operational efficiency across Production, Planning, Procurement and Logistics, identify smarter ways of working, lead continuous improvement, and use data and KPIs to inform decision-making as a key member of the senior leadership team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or related field.
• Track record of improving efficiency, productivity and operational performance.
• Experience leading continuous improvement and process optimisation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing and performance management.
