Job summary

Primark Stores Limited is looking for an Operations Support to join our Newcastle location. You will support the Environmental Health & Safety Lead, help maintain a safe working environment, and assist the management team with hazard mitigation, training, and operational excellence.

You will also print POS tickets and manage lost property, first aid kits, PPE orders, and floor equipment. The role requires good organisation, communication, and a genuine drive to do a good job.

Qualifications

• Ideally some previous experience working as an Administrator.
• Working knowledge of local employment legislation and best practice.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with persuasive style.
• Good problem-solving and willingness to learn.
• Genuine passion to do a good job.

Responsibilities

• Support EH&S Lead in store and be the main contact to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist management in mitigating hazards, training programmes, and driving operational excellence.
• Print POS tickets to support pricing policy.
• Manage lost property; check first aid kits; order PPE and floor equipment.
