Are you looking for a challenging role that allows you to work across the UK and Europe? A leading international insurer is seeking an Operations Resiliency Analyst to drive capabilities, processes, behaviours and systems, ensuring robustness and resilience in the face of disruptions.

Your new role

As the Operations Resiliency Analyst, you will collaborate and coordinate with global Business Resilience activities, manage compliance of organisational resiliency, and deliver new controls and procedures in response to changes in regulation/legislation, feedback from the business, operational risk and technology changes.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with peers, management and subordinates. You should also have experience in projects and programmes relating to operational resilience, business continuity, IT continuity, crisis management, security, risk management, and knowledge of key regulatory standards related to Operational Resilience.
