Job summary

Organon is seeking an Operations Project Manager to join our world class manufacturing site in Cramlington, Northumberland. You will plan, oversee and lead site-based projects from idea through to completion, interacting with a range of internal and external stakeholders on complex programs.

This 18-month Fixed Term Contract role requires delivering projects with strong controls, costed schedules, and clear success criteria across multiple departments, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in a science or engineering subject or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in Pharma, FMCG or highly regulated industry.
• Project management expertise.
• Scheduling experience.
• Experience dealing with complexity across multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Understanding end-to-end processes and interdependencies across projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive project management expertise and standardisation across projects.
• Increase capability in others for project management and promote best practice.
• Develop project execution plans with clear success criteria, costed schedules and resource plans.
• Deliver approved projects with strong project controls.
• Track items through to completion of first commercial batches.
• Conduct project reviews and provide updates to senior leaders.
• Continuously optimise processes and approaches as needed.
