Our client is recruiting an office junior who is looking to break into the travel sector. Our client is based in Central London and has a stunning office on the River Thames.

In the role, you will be working in the operations and product department and will be responsible for designing itineraries and monitoring upcoming tour departures.

Responsibilities:

1. Designing itineraries for luxury holidays
2. Monitoring and management of upcoming tour departures
3. Loading and checking passenger data with great accuracy
4. Researching innovative ideas for new excursions
5. Communicating with internal and external partners
6. Generating invoices
7. Assisting with the maintenance of the company website

Key Skills/Experience Needed:

1. This would be perfect for a school leaver or someone looking to get into the travel industry
2. Motivated and proactive individual with a strong team ethic
3. Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
4. Eye for detail, excellent time-management, and organisational skills that will enable efficient multi-tasking and prioritisation
5. Ability to manage workload under pressure, prioritise, follow-up, and ensure all tasks are performed on time
6. Proven writing skills, including the ability to accurately proof and develop customer literature
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
