Hybrid working - Central London

Travel to France 2-3 times a year

Our client is a world-famous luxury fragrance house known for creating artisan fragrances with exquisite natural ingredients and traditional methods. It is one of the largest independent luxury fragrance companies globally, with ambitions to double in size over the next three years.

About the Role

KJ Talent & Partners is exclusively hiring an Operations Product Development Manager for our client’s London-based global team. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, reducing development lead times, mitigating risks, ensuring cost, quality, and service standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Global Marketing Team on new product briefs, focusing on design-to-cost, profitability, sustainability, and innovation.
• Work with cross-functional teams throughout the NPD launch cycle.
• Manage product launches, project development, and activities to ensure timely and cost-effective launches.
• Monitor Feasibility Costs, Cost of Goods, and Gross Margin Analysis in coordination with Finance.
• Identify and manage risks related to timing, quality, and costs of NPD projects.
• Improve launch processes, tools, and procedures.
• Serve as custodian of the Stage Gate process.

About You

• Over 4 years of project management experience, especially in launching global products involving operations teams.
• Experience in developing products and packaging within the beauty industry, ideally in perfume, skincare, or makeup for luxury markets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment with strong relationship management and influencing skills.
• Creative and innovative mindset.
• Analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills; fluency in French is highly desirable.
