Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the implementation of planning strategies to ensure a seamless supply chain and operational model that aligns with targeted business volumes.
2. Oversee daily transport operations across multiple sites to meet customer service, quality, and financial objectives.
3. Monitor and adjust operational capacities in response to changes in business volumes and requirements, ensuring profitable service delivery.
4. Identify new business opportunities and support business development through comprehensive business case preparation and review.
5. Identify opportunities for best-in-class operational practices, focusing on continuous improvement and enhanced productivity.
6. Manage team performance through target development and training plans.
7. Collaborate to define operations strategy that aligns with business goals and corporate policies.
8. Support the development and implementation of large-scale projects and partnerships that significantly impact our operations.
9. Foster a collaborative environment with sales and customer service teams to maximize revenue opportunities.

1. Proven experience in a complex large-scale transport planning role is essential.
2. Experience in integrating planning for new business growth into existing networks.
3. Demonstrated leadership and team development experience.
4. Deep knowledge of Transport Management Systems.
5. A customer-centric approach.
6. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to demonstrate financial management.
8. Capacity to work effectively under pressure while maintaining focus on objectives.
