Responsibilities
  • Lead planning and logistics for projects, from order to customer handover
  • Manage and develop a planning and logistics team, driving performance and capability
  • Control forecasting, shipment tracking, and contract reviews
  • Manage third-party logistics and freight costs, ensuring compliance
  • Ensure import/export compliance for international shipments
  • Maintain clear reporting, manage risks, scope changes, and budgets
  • Oversee high-value inventory, optimising stock and identifying slow movers
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to remove blockers and deliver results
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in similar roles such as Supply Chain Manager, Planning Manager, Operations Manager, Project Delivery Manager or Planning & Logistics Manager
  • Proven people leadership skills with experience developing high-performing teams
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, including import/export regulations
  • Expertise in project planning and end-to-end delivery
  • Advanced ERP proficiency
  • Broad supply chain exposure across procurement, materials planning, and logistics
