About the job:
As Operations Performance Manager, you will be responsible for daily operational performance, ensuring smooth coordination across all key service delivery functions and alignment with business and contractual goals. You will manage, improve, and analyze the performance of customer operations, review key performance metrics, champion operational systems and processes, and continuously improve team performance to meet and exceed expectations.

Ecovision has extensive experience designing, installing, and managing distributed rooftop solar PV asset portfolios across the UK, with over 5,500 systems installed and managing over 19,000 installations (63MWp capacity). Our clients include Portfolio Investors, Councils, and Housing Associations. We focus on managing long-term solar performance, minimizing operational costs, and maximizing renewable energy generation.

What you’ll do:
Operational Workflow Management: Oversee booking management, system fault triage, engineer support, and subcontractor scheduling. Plan work to meet revenue and contractual obligations.
Financial & Budget Oversight: Manage operational budgets, control costs related to scaffolding, subcontractors, accommodation, and other expenses. Promote profitability and resource efficiency.
Process & System Development: Develop and improve systems, policies, and procedures. Identify automation and standardization opportunities.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Build relationships with external partners and internal teams to ensure cost-effective, high-performance solutions.
Data, Reporting & Insights: Provide reports and analyze data to inform decisions and improvements. Ensure customer contact processes meet contractual standards.
Contractual Performance and Administration: Support workflow related to FIT submissions and ensure legal and contractual compliance.
Customer & Quality Management: Handle customer complaints swiftly and improve back-office processes for quality and satisfaction.
Other: Support team duties and deputize for the Head of Operations when needed.

Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday
