Job Title: Operations & Office Manager with EA duties

Location: Central London

Type: Hybrid - 2 days on site, 3 days remote

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience

Sector: Fintech - Start Up - Tech

Our client in the Start Up Fintech space is seeking a Strategic Operations & Office Manager with EA responsibilities to oversee the daily operations of Finance, Operations, Compliance & Legal, HR & Recruitment, Culture, and Office Management. This role is both strategic and hands-on. The ideal candidate will have experience in Fintech, Start Up environments, and ideally in the Tech sector, and will be confident in managing various aspects of the role. The candidate should thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be willing to engage in all facets of business support. Future international travel may be required.

Key duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Complex diary management across multiple time zones
  • Compliance & Legal oversight
  • Operations management
  • Finance support
  • HR & Recruitment, including onboarding, culture initiatives, and office moves
  • Organizing events & socials
  • Coordinating complex travel arrangements
  • Minute taking
  • Board-level support
  • Business strategy development
  • Strategic planning of itineraries
  • Project management
  • Managing high-profile stakeholder relationships
  • Investor relations
  • Preparing agendas and presentations for board meetings (including PowerPoint)
  • Identifying opportunities to improve business processes and analyzing results
  • Handling expenses, purchase orders, etc.
  • Supporting wider business needs as required
