Job Description:

We are working with one of our key clients, an established L/S Equity Fund, who are looking to hire for a newly created operations position. The firm in question have around $1bn under management and a 5+ year track record of strong performance.

The role will be joining a lean team of 3 others, responsible for all post trade operations of the firm. The role will also have the opportunity to be involved in other areas such as Investor Relations / Marketing.

Ideally, you'll have at least 3 years of previous experience in any operations focussed role, although this is flexible for strong candidates. A degree from a top university with a 2:1 or higher in a relevant field is essential. As mentioned, basic coding skills are a plus.

The firm are fully office based, and the base salary will be dependent on previous experience, but will likely fall in the £50-65k range plus strong bonus potential.
