Operations & Marketing Administrator

Part time / Full time hours considered

There’s a lot happening behind the scenes at Konker right now – In the best way. With new projects and ideas taking off, we’re looking for someone who thrives on variety, loves a bit of structure, and can keep things moving behind the scenes.

We’re looking for a proactive and creative Operations & Marketing Administrator to support our Directors and Marketing team.

This isn’t your typical Assistant role. You’ll be right in the middle of everything that makes Konker tick. From helping keep the business stay organised and efficient, to supporting us in creating and sharing content across our brands (Konker, Konker Media, and The Konkering Pod).

If you’re switched on, comfortable juggling a mix of tasks, all whilst taking pride in the details - We’d love to hear from you!

What your day-to-day will look like:

Supporting the Directors

  • Updating and management of all business software & systems
  • Creation of business financial figures for meetings & business presentations
  • Gathering leads online
  • Management & booking of events, travel, meetings & incentives for clients & the business
  • Onboarding of new starters
  • Maintenance of business share point & document systems
  • Other general administrational duties

Supporting the Marketing Team

  • Creating copy for social media posts
  • Posting & scheduling all Konker, Konker Media & podcast social media posts
  • Collaborating with the media team to create engaging & relevant content
  • Assisting in podcast & Konker Media day to day running
