Are you an Operations Manager with IFA / Wealth Management background looking to join a tight-knit IFA, which will offer you flexible working hours, 36 days holiday and 1 day a week at home?

On offer is the opportunity to join a client-focused financial advisers who pride themselves on their bespoke and holistic approach to financial advice. They have been operating for 35 years and have £80 million under management. They are going through a period of organic growth and are looking for an Operations Manager to improve the business.

Your Role:

1. Overseeing daily operations of the business
2. Implementing new processes and procedures
3. Ensuring FCA compliance
4. 8.5 hours a day (Flexible) Monday-Friday with 1 hour for lunch
