Location: Teddington

Are you an Operations Manager with a background in IFA / Wealth Management looking to join a tight-knit IFA, which offers flexible working hours, 36 days holiday, and hybrid working?

On offer is the opportunity to join a client-focused financial advisory firm that prides itself on a bespoke and holistic approach to financial advice. They have been operating for 35 years and currently manage £80 million.

The company is experiencing organic growth and seeks an Operations Manager to enhance the business. Your role will involve overhauling existing processes and procedures related to client management, compliance, administration, and HR. The company emphasizes continuous improvement and aims to increase efficiency and effectiveness across all functions.

This role is ideal for an Operations Manager from a Wealth Management background who values staff well-being, flexible hours, ample holiday, and hybrid working.

The Role

1. Overseeing daily operations of the business
2. Implementing new processes and procedures
3. Ensuring FCA compliance
4. Working 8.5 hours a day (flexible), Monday to Friday, with 1 hour for lunch
