Role Responsibilities

The independently owned establishment has a long-serving workforce. As Operations Manager, you will lead a friendly, personable team, maintaining high standards and building strong relationships with staff and customers.

  • Have a solid background working within high-level establishments
  • Possess multi-site experience, including managing multiple properties
  • Have excellent knowledge of food and wine, and be a people person capable of building relationships with regular clientele
