A global risk management firm in London is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee operational performance in the Commercial Risk business. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid model and manage relationships with key stakeholders while implementing change projects. Ideal candidates have strong experience in operational improvement and change management, excellent analytical skills, and a solid understanding of the insurance industry.
