Job Title: Operations Manager (Not a Corporate Role)

Overview

Our client, a highly reputable independent education provider, is expanding and seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee their contracts in London & the Home Counties. This role focuses on building strong, commercially viable relationships with clients, rather than hands-on operational tasks.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage relationships with 12 clients, including a group of high-profile Secondary schools
  2. Work with a team comprising General Managers, an Operations Support Manager, a Group Manager, and Relief Chef Managers
  3. Ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency
  4. Develop strategies to enhance client relationships and business growth
Ideal Experience
  • Experience managing contracts within the education sector, especially Secondary schools
  • Experience in B&I or similar sectors with a commercial focus
