Responsible for: Supported Employment delivery team
‘RCS, in partnership with Academi Natur Mon, Adferiad Co-options, M-Sparc and STAND North Wales CIC has received Sustainable Steps Wales programme funding to support young people with disabilities and young people from ethnically minoritised communities in entering careers in the green industry in North Wales. Through skills training, work experience and paid work placements, participants will increase their understanding of green careers and have the opportunity to secure long-term employment. By encouraging diversity in green careers, the programme is providing a helping hand to ensure opportunities for all.
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Operations Manager to join our team, who will play a lead role in coordinating and driving this exciting programme. You will have a proven track record of delivering employment programmes, a good understanding of supported employment principles and a genuine commitment to co-production. This is a 5-year project funded through the Dormant Assets fund (which is delivered by the National Lottery Community Fund).
