Operations Manager

Venn Group have been approached by a Housing Association and would like to introduce the following position available:

Job Ref: J87476

Position: Operations Manager

Location: Barrow-in-Furness

Rate: £35,200 - £39,600 (depending on experience)

Length: Permanent

Hours: 35 hours per week, rolling rota

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage a large team delivering housing management, allocations, and tenancy sustainment services, ensuring occupancy and revenue targets are met
  • Work collaboratively with senior leadership to expand and diversify service provision across the region
  • Oversee data collection, reporting, and performance monitoring in line with contractual and organisational requirements
  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships with stakeholders, commissioners, and local agencies to enhance service delivery
  • Identify and support individuals with complex needs, enabling them to sustain tenancies and live independently
  • Lead on service planning and budgeting, ensuring compliance with financial obligations and achievement of key performance indicators
