Are you an Operations Manager or similar with a background in Roofing looking for an autonomous role within a tight knit company with excellent progression?

Do you want to grow your own team and build out a department within a rapidly growing company?

This company, established over 25 years ago have since seen excellent growth, now with over 50 employees they offer a wide range of services including Civils, Drainage and Roofing, largely to the Social Housing industry, with large contracts secured with local authorities. Due to an internal promotion, they are now looking to an Operations Manager to join the Roofing department.

In this dynamic role you will be managing multiple contracts, liaising with key clients and overseeing internal teams throughout the contract lifecycle. Your focus will be within the Roofing department, managing installation and repair work for Commercial and Social Housing works.

This role would suit an Operations Manager or similar with a background in Roofing looking to join a fast growing company, offering autonomy, excellent progression and the opportunity to make a real difference in growing out a department.

The Role:

• Manage multiple roofing contracts across Social Housing and Commercial.
• Liaise with key clients, managing installation works.
• Monday - Friday office based role with limited travel.

The Person:

• Operations Manager or similar.
• Background in Roofing.
• Commutable to Northampton office.
