The Role of the Operations Manager will be to manage the day-to-day delivery of multiple roofing contracts, including both planned and responsive work. The majority of time will be spent in the office. You will oversee Site Teams and Third-Party Contractors, ensure projects run efficiently and meet deadlines, guarantee health and safety compliance, and carry out quality inspections as needed. You will attend client meetings/visits to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will also be responsible for project handover and for obtaining new business to grow the Roofing Department.

The ideal candidate will have a background in the Roofing Industry, specifically within Social Housing or a related field, and previous experience in an Operations Manager role or similar. You will be computer literate to perform admin tasks and hold a full, valid UK driver’s license.
