Responsible Individual / Operations Manager
Overseeing 1 existing home - GOOD rating - Manchester based
Overseeing 1 home going through registration - EBD - Cheshire based
With 4 more properties to put through planning when the time is right, in and around the Manchester/Cheshire region
All homes are up to 3 bedded, EBD homes
Work alongside Directors to ensure the services are safe and effective
Line manage Registered Manager to ensure all homes are managed to OFSTED standards
Lead on safeguarding concerns
Lead on senior level recruitment
Budget management

Contract:

£65,000 - £80,000
Full-time, permanent contract

Requirements:

Level 5 in leadership and management
Experience as an RI or experience as an RM with Outstanding Ofsted ratings
Driving Licence
