A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced retailer bar/pub/restaurant operator to join this smaller but currently expanding group based in London & Home countries with 25 sites and 7 in the pipeline, looking to grow to 49 sites, keen to grow.These pubs will all have a great mix of food and drinks, stunning sites! Great little business to put your stamp on and have an impact!

The ideal candidate will treat the business as their own but report to the owners of the business. This mind set will allow for massive opportunities to move this business forward and report into the owner, opening experience would be essential for this role, and coming from a leading London operator will be key for my client, these sites are all unique to the location – They are keen to speak to talent with some branded experience

Our client prides themselves on customer service and the quality product that they provide on a day-to-day basis. They take the heritage of the business very seriously and work on continuous improvement of all aspects with the customer as key! This being said, the business in evolving all the time and a candidate who has a track record of business change to keep ahead of market trends will do well.

In the long-term you will be responsible for improving product quality & consistency, increasing productivity, developing customer base and maintaining and increasing profitability across all areas of the business, experience with new openings is key – dealing with fresh food is needed to apply

Must have excellent proven experience as a senior operator from the industry with Management of Area Managers / Operations Managers – pub/bar sector experience needed
