We’re proud to be working in partnership with a fast-growing, award-winning healthcare organisation that’s reshaping the way clinical pharmacy services are delivered in primary care. With over 25 years’ combined experience across the NHS, health informatics, and pharmacy, their model supports GP practices and Primary Care Networks (PCNs) nationwide - reducing workload, enhancing care, and setting new standards for service delivery.

  • Lead and manage clinical and non-clinical staff, driving excellence in service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with GPhC, CPPE, Royal Pharmaceutical Society, and regulatory standards
  • Develop training frameworks, staff PDPs, and manage performance against KPIs
  • Support the creation of clinical dashboards and present outcomes to senior leadership
  • Build strong relationships with PCNs, GP practices, and healthcare partners
  • Contribute to operational strategy and long-term planning at executive level

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • A background in Primary Care, PCNs, GP or NHS operations
  • Deep understanding of PCN DES, GMS/PMS contracts, and primary care frameworks
  • Strong experience managing clinical teams, ideally pharmacists/technicians
  • A strategic mindset paired with excellent execution and planning skills
  • Data-driven performance management expertise
  • Outstanding communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines
  • A genuine commitment to improving patient care
  • High level of professional integrity, critical thinking and attention to detail
