We are currently recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to join and strengthen our highly experienced Depot management team.

In this role, you will oversee the smooth running of our operation, helping your Depot to achieve outstanding service to our customers and meet objectives around Cost, Health & Safety, Security, Productivity, and Transport.

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

• Recruitment, development, and retention of staff, ensuring compliance and Employee Relations processes are followed
• Managing P&L through planning and reporting
• Improving operational support with innovative working methods

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

• Extensive experience in logistics, warehouse, or distribution industries
• Ability to manage a fast-paced operation and motivate teams
• Performance monitoring and data analysis skills
• Outstanding communication skills and strategic influence
