  • Oversee project planning, delivery, compliance, and handover processes.

  • Manage teams on site to ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with designers, consultants, and compliance teams to uphold standards.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, attending reviews and progress meetings.

  • Support tendering and pre-construction activities with input on methodology and resource planning.

  • Drive performance on-site through regular inspections, reporting, and HSEQ monitoring.

  • Ensure subcontractors meet required standards and qualifications (e.g. PAS, Gas Safe, NICEIC).

  • Work with commercial teams to support cost control and programme delivery.

  • Coordinate audit preparations and ensure readiness for external inspections.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience managing planned works and/or retrofit projects in housing or property services.

  • Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks such as PAS 2030/2035 (desirable but not essential).

  • Experience managing teams, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.

  • Background in construction, maintenance, or refurbishment project delivery.

  • Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Full UK driving licence.
