Outdoor Adventure Manager – Northern Ireland

£40,000–£45,000 (DOE) + Optional On-Site Accommodation

Full-Time | Permanent | 40+ hrs/week

Join one of Northern Ireland’s most exciting adventure and events organisations, offering high ropes, waterparks, glamping, seasonal events, and more!

We’re looking for an experienced Outdoor Adventure Operations

Manager to take charge of day-to-day activity operations, lead a dynamic team, and ensure unforgettable — and safe — visitor experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading and supporting instructors across a range of outdoor activities
  • Overseeing ropes courses, zip lines, and adventure programming
  • Managing health & safety, training, inspections, and risk assessments
  • Getting hands-on with customers and events — no two days are the same!
  • Helping plan team-building and seasonal events
  • Manage activity records and financial procedures

What You’ll Need:

  • 3+ years in a management role in the outdoor adventure industry
  • Ropes and zip line experience (with qualification)
  • Strong knowledge of H&S, team leadership, and training
  • First Aid (adventure-related) + Access NI/CRB
  • Full driving licence and own transport
  • A confident, positive, and adventurous mindset!

Nice-to-Haves:

Event planning, watersports, paintball, archery, animal care, glamping, PPE inspection, or solid DIY skills.
