Operations Manager | Reporting to the Board of Directors | Northampton HQ

Are you a proactive operational leader with a knack for data, systems, and people? Ready to take ownership of business-critical functions across IT, compliance, MI reporting, office management, and more?

We're recruiting for a Operations Manager to join our clients growing, fast-paced organisation and play a pivotal role at the heart of their business operations.

What You'll Do

This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing a small, multi-functional team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning the company's data management and MI reporting
  • System admin for the company's CMS and IT platforms
  • Managing company accreditations and compliance
  • Overseeing IT hardware, software, and external providers
  • Fleet and facilities management across multiple sites
  • Leading credit control and customer service functions
  • Acting as the operational glue between teams, systems, and leadership

You'll report directly into the Board of Directors, and be empowered to streamline processes, solve problems, and drive operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who brings:

  • Proven team leadership and people management experience
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence with data, MI, and reporting
  • Sound understanding of data protection compliance (DPA/GDPR)
  • A pragmatic, solution-focused mindset with a high level of autonomy
  • Great communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally

Experience within a regulated industry is beneficial but not essential.
