Operations Manager, Midlands, £42k - £50k

I am super excited to be working with this leading provider of event hire and logistics solutions and we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee this busy and fast-paced operation.This role involves leading a team, optimising processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.You will play a key part in driving efficiency, safety, and service excellence while working closely with other departments to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage operational activities, ensuring efficiency and timely service delivery.
