Maersk Project Logistics seeks a proactive Operations Manager to lead the UKI executional team within Project Logistics. You will coordinate with sales and growth, ensuring a seamless customer experience while directing project execution and on-ground supervision through your team.

Key responsibilities

• Further build and lead the executional team in UKI within Project Logistics
• Collaboration with our sales and growth organization to ensure consistent customer experience.
• Coordination and planning of solutions for our global customer via your team in close cooperation with our customers
• Project coordination and execution, including on ground supervision via your team
• Leading the Continuous improvement towards our customers

Required experience & skills:

• Proven Leadership skills
• Entrepreneurial knowledge of building teams.
• Experience from Project execution within is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Excellent communication skills, including both verbal and written fluency in English.
• A collaborative mindset with a “can do” attitude
• Eagerness to be best in class and part of a winning team
• Ability to be flexible when needed as our job is not always 9-17
• Ability to travel approx. 10-15 days a year
