Pret A Manger is seeking an Operations Manager to lead stores within your area, delivering outstanding customer service and high-quality food and beverage. You will coach and support shop managers, oversee recruitment and onboarding, and ensure strong people development while upholding Pret’s values.

You’ll drive daily operations, forecast demand, manage rota planning, production and inventory, and take full P&L accountability to maximise sales and efficiency across your area.

Drive your business:

coach and support managers to ensure their teams consistently deliver amazing customer service, ensure your teams consistently deliver delicious food and drink by putting the customer’s needs first and never compromising on quality or safety standards, drive sales and profit through forecasting, rota management, ordering and production, continuously analysing and reviewing your Area’s results proactively reacting to any challenges or obstacles and to have full P&L accountability.

Drive and embed change:

you will be the ambassador for change, effectively communicating with your team, actively follow up with the team on any new standard or initiative to ensure successful implementation, listen and give constructive feedback and ensure your team is well informed of any business changes or initiatives.

The Operations Manager role report into the Head of Operations.

The role is full time (42 hours per week)

The Pret interview journey

Then, if we move forward with your application, we’ll start the process with a 30-minute chat, so we can better understand your experience and skills. The next stage is to pop into our Head Office, where you’ll have a one-hour interview with the hiring team.
