Job summary

Mane Contract Services is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead operational delivery in engineering and manufacturing. This role involves driving performance and productivity improvements while ensuring compliance with standards.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operations management, strong leadership skills, and be well-versed in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Knowledge in Defence or Aerospace is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven Operations Management experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of production planning, operational performance and process improvement.
• Experience using Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing and operational activities to ensure delivery targets are achieved.
• Drive improvements in productivity, efficiency, quality and operational performance.
• Manage production planning, resource allocation and capacity requirements.
