You will mentor an integration team, analyse client, financial and operational data, translate insights for executive leadership, and manage end-to-end integration plans in a fast-moving environment with hybrid working.

• Monitor progress against integration plans, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Introduce data-driven methodologies to improve integration speed, quality, and predictability.

The purpose of the Team Manager is to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of post-acquisition integration activities, ensuring that strategic, operational, and financial objectives are achieved. This role blends cross functional leadership, strong analytical capability, and people management.

The manager oversees an integration team responsible for driving workstreams, analysing data, and ensuring seamless alignment across the business. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands on operator who thrives in fast moving environments.
