We seek an Operations Manager to join our success in the UK market, offering solutions for structural Instrumentation & Monitoring (I&M), environmental, productivity, health, safety, and sustainability challenges faced by construction stakeholders and infrastructure managers.

Experience Required:

• Proven experience in instrumentation and monitoring systems, including manual surveying methods.
• Strong project management experience, including contract administration, staff management and development, and cost control.
• Ability to work closely with UBY sales team and clients to provide technical and operational guidance and support.
• Capability to work independently and within a team.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines.
• Structured planning approach with solid problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership with an emphasis on safety.

Job Scope

With a growing client base including main contractors and consultants, your focus will be managing and delivering our structural, geotechnical, environmental, and geolocation monitoring solutions.

• Responsibility for successful project execution and delivery.
• Developing work programs and strategies.
• Managing project staff and fostering a positive team culture.
• Communicating effectively with clients.
• Coordinating with other project managers and subcontractors.
• Ensuring functionality and compliance with standards.
