Operations Manager (HV) – Nationwide – Company Based in the North East

Up to £100,000 + Bonus + Vehicle + Pension + Progression + Flexible Hours

Are you an experienced Operations Manager, with knowledge of electrical projects up to 235kV?

This well-established and rapidly growing company are renowned for their technical excellence and operational reliability. They are trusted by industry leaders to support projects from design through to commissioning across multiple critical sectors.

This senior role oversees end-to-end project delivery, acting as the key client liaison from early discussions through to completion. It involves leading multidisciplinary teams, managing risks, commercials, and contracts, while ensuring alignment across departments and maintaining high client satisfaction. The role also supports business development by identifying new opportunities and ensuring repeat business through strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have strong HV project delivery experience, confident leadership skills and a passion for driving operational excellence and client satisfaction in a highly technical environment.
