Here at BaxterStorey we currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented Operations Manage r to develop and lead a team of Account(s) and General Managers located across the London region to provide exceptional Hospitality and catering services to our clients.
As our Operations Manager, you’ll oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring world-class standards, operational efficiency and financial delivery. The perfect candidate will understand how to collaboratively work with a passionate and talented team ensuring they have the autonomy to affect the direction of their business with a shared vision of outstanding service delivery.

The successful Operations Manager will be responsible for all aspects of catering operations, including planning, logistics, execution, and will require proven outstanding client relationship management. This is a high-pressure role that requires excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as a keen eye for detail.
