The Operations Manager is a key role within City Building’s Repairs and Maintenance Division, responsible for managing business activities and overseeing the planning, delivery, and management of the day to day works.
This role includes managing resources, monitoring performance, controlling costs, and meeting agreed timescales, whilst ensuring all work aligns with legislation, policies, and quality procedures.
As the Operations Manager you will support the Contracts Managers, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and manage subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will support continuous improvement and contribute to the division’s growth by delivering efficient, customer‑focused services.
There are 2 permanent positions and 2 positions fixed term for up to 6 months.
