About the role

Are you an experienced Operations Manager working in a fast-paced and diverse category within one of the UK's biggest retailers?

We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our team at Asda House. As an Operations Manager, you'll collaborate with key stakeholders to develop, deliver, and maintain operational models that drive retail excellence and category performance.

You will also support innovation and trials to evolve our food services proposition in line with the commercial strategy.

About you
  • Strong operational background in food retail, hospitality, or food services
  • Experience in developing and implementing store-level processes and ways of working
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, trial-and-scale environment
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with experience engaging field and store teams
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Understanding of food safety and compliance within retail or food service (desirable)
