What You'll Actually Do (Not Corporate BS)
Day-to-Day Operations
  • Manage 25 accounts from security facilities to office buildings across a large geographic area
  • Lead hiring and recruiting – interview, hire, and train cleaning staff, super important!
  • Handle customer complaints and emergencies – be the problem-solver clients call when things go wrong
  • Quality control – site visits, inspections, ensuring our reputation stays spotless
  • Coordinate 5-10 person crews for major government and post-construction projects
The Big Picture Stuff
  • Build systems that let us grow without chaos
  • Develop team leaders from our existing staff
  • Scale operations to handle bigger contracts
  • Work directly with owners on growth strategy – your ideas will be heard and implemented
We Need Someone Who…
Essential (Non-Negotiable)
  • 3+ years managing people – restaurants, retail, construction, doesn’t matter where
  • Thrives on variety – every day is different, from crew management to client relations
  • Comfortable with travel – sites span Portsmouth NH to MA, Southern Maine
  • Takes ownership – when something breaks, you fix it without waiting for permission
  • Can handle high-pressure situations – emergency calls, last-minute crew changes, demanding clients
  • Clean driving record and reliable vehicle (we'll provide gas/mileage)
What Makes You Special
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese) STRONGLY – some of our team members are Portuguese speakers
  • Experience with project management or temporary staffing
  • Background in construction, facilities, or service industries
  • Track record of building teams and reducing turnover
