Your new company

The company is in an exciting period of growth with significant increases in headcount, impressive turnover for 2024 and a packed order book for 2025 & beyond, and they are looking to strengthen their team by appointing a dynamic Operations Manager to spearhead production. Your new role
As Operations Manager you will be implementing systems and improving processes to help production run smoothly in line with strategic objectives, promoting and encouraging continuous improvement across all operations. Leading, mentoring, and motivating the manufacturing team to include engineering, purchasing and production, generating reports on operational performance, KPI's and overall manufacturing productivity.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years experience leading a team in an Operations capacity in a Heavy Engineering Manufacturing Company. The candidate should have experience of managing MRP systems and be process driven with a proven track record of cost saving.

What you'll get in return
You will earn a competitive salary whilst working in a day shift role. Your hours of work will be 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday with an earlier finish on a Friday at 1pm. Benefits include company mobile, pension, health insurance and 28 days holidays.
