EIVA HR is a growing, dynamic company based in London, providing offshore recruitment & staffing solutions for global startups. We specialize in placing top-tier Filipino talent in remote roles across development, customer service, sales, finance, and more.

As we grow, we’re looking for an Operations Manager to support our CEO and take ownership over day-to-day operations – from recruitment to employee onboarding and client success. This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing employee operations
  • Collaborate with our recruitment team and local management in the Philippines
  • Be the go-to person for internal workflows, operational problem-solving, and process improvements
  • Own client operations – ensuring smooth communication, retention, and project delivery
  • Work directly with the CEO on strategic growth initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent English – written and spoken
  • Proven experience in operations management across multiple teams, preferably in a remote or global environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy with a process-driven mindset
  • Experience in HR, recruitment, or employee operations – an advantage
  • Bonus: background in outsourcing, global team leadership, or remote operations
  • Independent, driven, and highly responsible
