Job Description:

Our client designs and manufactures corrugated packaging using materials with strong green credentials, making them one of the leading contributors in the war against single-use plastic.

They are seeking a senior manager to oversee the company's operational functions. The role offers potential for progression to director level and eventual shareholding. The position involves managing five direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensuring safe operations across the company.
  2. Managing preventative maintenance and machinery development programs.
  3. Improving manufacturing productivity continuously.
  4. Controlling and enhancing product quality as needed.
  5. Ensuring adherence to the daily manufacturing plan to meet delivery schedules.
