Job Description:

Our client designs and manufactures eco-friendly corrugated packaging, contributing significantly to reducing single-use plastics.

They seek a senior operations manager to lead their operational functions, with the potential to progress to director level and become a shareholder. The role oversees five direct reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring safe operational practices within the company.
  • Managing preventative maintenance and machinery development programs.
  • Driving manufacturing productivity improvements.
  • Controlling and enhancing product quality.
  • Ensuring adherence to the manufacturing plan for timely deliveries.

Key Skills

  • Energetic leadership with a focus on change and improvement.
